N.serve was founded in 2003 by Albrecht von Ruffer and Dr. Marten von Velsen-Zerweck. The two founders built N.serve as a lean, flexible organisation with an entrepreneurial business concept. N.serve’s success is based on the concept of sharing risks and establishing long-term partnerships with project owners in a market environment that is characterised by uncertainties in policy development and emissions market evolution. We share risks from the start of a project idea until the final sale of emissions reduction credits. We offer complete project cycle services in direct conjunction with reduction technologies and subsequent transaction services, which allows us to achieve exceptional project management performance and to maximize profits. N.serve provides top-level strategic advice that enables our partners to realise opportunities and tap new revenue potentials while mitigating risks. N.serve is a privately held company, with the vast majority of shares owned by its founders. Mitsui & Co., Ltd. is a strategic minority shareholder in N.serve.
